I have been a cook, chef or caterer for over 23 years. I worked for 13 years at "High Noon Cafe" in Rainbow Wholefoods, 9 of those years as head chef and manager. I work now as a personal chef and have specialized in craft services since 2008. I've also catered the meals for smaller productions. I work well providing options for special dietary needs such as; macro- biotic, vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerance and various allergies. I can get creative if you have a small food budget.
